MONITORING OF ADHERENCE TO PRUDENTIAL STANDARDS

Supervision and Examination is the flagship program of MCN. Monthly PEARLS and PESOS/PISO indicators for its affiliates enrolled in the S&E program are generated and their growth/development is monitored. This provides the cooperative with an early warning system that detects potential problem areas.

• Annual Pearls and PESOS/PISO indicators are generated, and growth/development is monitored
• Thorough onsite and off-site verification is also done annually to track the quantitative performance
