CONSULTANCY

Detection of challenges and deficiences is only the first step in the whole supervision and monitoring process done by the federation. MCN also offers research, mentoring, and coaching services in various areas operation to its affiliates.

These are, but not limited to:

• Assistance in the development and manualization of cooperatives guildelines and policies
• Evaluation and improvement of operation policies, system, and procedures
• Technical assistance in the utilization of the PEARLS Monitoring System, Loan Portfolio Analysis Tool (LPAT) and other tools provided for by the federation for use in the operations
• Preparation of Strategic and Annual Work and Financial Plans and monitoring thereof.
